RUMBALL SURPRISE CUPCAKE - Vanilla cupcake with a rum ball surprise in the middle, topped with a rum/cream cheese icing! This cupcake was insipired by someone I know and if that someone makes a comment on this posting, they might be in for a surprise tomorrow morning!
